RBCCI ACPC PROGRAM

 An old Chinese proverb “give a man a fish you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” Mayor Pres. Duterte-Dept. Agriculture- Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC), granted RB Calbayog P10Million interest FREE loans for the Province of Samar's farmers and fisherfolks. RB Calbayog is the only beneficiary of the program for the island of Samar.
